Hey — I'm Evan.
Thanks for taking the time to read this. I'd love to walk you through what I'm building, why it matters to me, and the kinds of support that would help me keep going.
Built in 14 days. Live on Base mainnet right now. Real money, real wallets, real creators getting paid.
Executive summary
The whole story
"If I just made $1 a month from each of my followers, I'd be rich."
Every creator online has had that thought at least once. Most of us have had it a thousand times. So I went out and built it.
DOLLA$ is the first creator economy where every dollar a follower spends actually reaches the creator — peer-to-peer USDC, settled on Base. Followers pay $1/month per creator they back. Creators keep 100%. DOLLA takes 0% from any creator transaction, ever. Revenue comes only from optional premium tiers, and the majority of every premium dollar is committed to charitable causes — a board-governed commitment, distributed through partnered nonprofits including Kingdom Seed Foundation (the 501(c)(3) we're standing up). The product is live, the rails are proven, and I'm humbly asking for help funding the next chapter of development.
That's the whole story. Everything below is the proof — and the honest ask.
The vision
Three lines I hope you'll remember
Every follower is a dollar.
Every dollar reaches the creator.
The majority goes back to the world.
tipping is a moment · a dolla is a movement
The bigger picture
DOLLA is one mission inside a larger one
DOLLA isn't a standalone product. It's the community-growth arm of a larger ecosystem.
- Kingdom Portfolios LLC — the parent venture I run. A private trading firm pursuing CTA (Commodity Trading Advisor) registration to one day manage and direct client portfolios. Today it operates primarily as an educational community for entrepreneurial Christians — teaching how to incorporate trading into their income, grow their businesses with purpose, and tithe more abundantly into the churches and communities they're planted in. Every Kingdom Portfolios initiative — DOLLA included — eventually feeds the same engine.
- Kingdom Seed Foundation — the 501(c)(3) I'm in the process of forming. Designed to receive and route the philanthropic side of every Kingdom Portfolios initiative.
- DOLLA$ — the public-facing front door. Where the creator economy meets the giving economy.
The charitable commitment is the connective tissue. The majority of every dollar DOLLA earns is committed to charitable causes, with our board deciding the allocation. KSF will be the first partner once incorporation completes. From there, the goal is a vetted public registry of partner nonprofits — secular and faith-based both — that creators can direct their community's giving toward. Universal in audience, mission- led at the corporate level, faith-rooted at the parent- company level.
Today, transparently: zero partnerships finalized, KSF still being legally formed, no donations paid out yet. The work ahead is real — and that's part of what your support funds.
In 30 seconds
The receipts, not the promises
- 203 production commits in 14 days. Every one of them is visible on the public roadmap. Everything has been built in the open.
- All payment rails proven on Base mainnet with real USDC — creator follows, premium tiers, custom donations, recurring auto-charge.
- Fully self-custodial. Every user owns their own Coinbase Smart Wallet. We never hold anyone's money. Not for a second. Not by any path.
- Built on the full Coinbase stack — Smart Wallet, CDP server wallets, OnchainKit, Paymaster, Onramp, @base-org/account. Not adjacent. Native.
- ~9% gas-to-revenue ratio at every scale we've modeled — sustainable from a thousand paying users to ten million.
- ★ Day-14 milestone: the product graduated from "demo with a homepage" to a real social app — signed-in users now land directly on the feed. The URL bar finally carries product behavior.
Why this is possible now
The window only just opened
The reason no one has built this before isn't that it's hard — it's that the math only started working in the last eighteen months. Three things had to land first:
- USDC on Base settles for ~$0.0001. At Visa rates, $1 transactions don't exist. At Base rates, they're trivial.
- Coinbase Smart Wallets killed seed phrases. Passkeys + Touch ID = the same UX as Apple Pay. Anyone can use it.
- Spend Permissions made recurring payments self-custodial. The user signs once. The charge happens monthly. They control the cap. We control nothing.
Take any one of those away and DOLLA can't exist. All three arrived in the same year — which is part of why I'm asking for help moving on it now, while the moment is here.

Please don't take my word for any of this. The app is live and I'd love for you to see how it works end-to-end before deciding whether it's worth supporting.
The honest ask
How you could help me keep building
I built DOLLA solo over the past two weeks. The product works and the math works, but to take it from "live MVP" to "real traction" — hand-recruited launch creators, Meta Ads with the Pixel already wired, a crypto-native compliance lawyer, and twelve months of stable infrastructure — I genuinely need support. If any part of this resonates with you, here are the ways you could help, in order of how easy each one is.
- Share this link. If you read this and someone came to mind — a creator getting eaten by fees, an investor who actually means it about mission alignment, a friend who'd appreciate the story — I'd be deeply grateful if you sent it their way. Word of mouth has carried DOLLA further than anything else.
- Donate directly to fund development. Any amount of USDC sent to the corp wallet on Base goes straight into keeping the lights on, paying for the next creator-recruiting push, and getting compliance counsel over the line. There's a one-click donate page below — $1, $50, $5,000, or anything in between. Every dollar is a vote of confidence I take personally.
- Back a creator for $1/month. That's a coffee. Skip one this month and you've patroned a real human's work for thirty days while also seeing the platform from the inside. Send them the link afterward — that's how the network grows.
- Partner formally — a $250K convertible note round. For investors looking for structured exposure to the mission, the round and use-of-funds breakdown is in the section below. I'd be honored to walk you through it.
If you're a creator
Here's what would change for you
Here's a comparison of what you keep on every other platform versus what you'd keep here:
| Where you publish | You keep |
|---|---|
| Substack | ~90% (10% fee) |
| Patreon | ~88–92% (8–12% fee) |
| Buy Me A Coffee | ~95% (5% fee) |
| Apple In-App | ~70% (30% Apple tax) |
| Kickstarter | ~92% (5% + payment fees) |
| DOLLA$ | 100%, always |
Your audience pays $1. You'd get $1. Not $0.85. Not $0.92. One whole dollar. Recurring. Settled in seconds. Direct to your wallet. We never touch your earnings.
Three pages per creator: a free discovery page that feeds the algorithm, a $1/mo community page for your real fans, a $1/wk inner-circle page for your VIPs. You publish where you want, your audience picks the tier they want, your own wallet collects the dollars. No middleman, no payout schedule, no minimum threshold.
If this is the kind of platform you'd like to exist for your audience, I'd be honored to onboard you personally. Reply to the email below and we'll set up your three pages together.
If you're an investor
The structured option
For folks who'd rather support DOLLA through a formal investment vehicle than a direct donation, here's the round I'm humbly opening:
$250K convertible note — R&D + marketing acceleration round on a working product. Mission-aligned terms. ~6 months of focused go-to-market while I remain primary engineer. Self-sustaining at unit economics past ~1k paying users.
- $125K Marketing + Growth — Meta Ads (Pixel + conversion events live in production), podcast sponsorships, paid creator-recruiting campaigns.
- $50K Real creator recruiting — hand-recruit launch cohort, concierge onboarding, comp'd Sovereign tier for the founding 25.
- $40K Compliance + Legal — crypto-native counsel, money-transmitter analysis, ToS + privacy hardening.
- $25K Operating runway + $10K reserve — 12 months of infra (Vercel, Supabase, Mux, monitoring) + spike-day cushion.
- Year 2 expansion: DOLLA Commerce — same rails for B2B SMB payments (churches, contractors, mission-aligned businesses). $1B+ ARR potential vertical, unlocked by a subsequent larger round once creator traction validates the curve.
- Mission-led: the majority of premium-revenue is committed to charitable causes, board-governed, distributed through partnered nonprofits — with Kingdom Seed Foundation (our incoming 501(c)(3)) as the first intended partner. Kingdom Portfolios LLC venture (faith-led parent), DOLLA itself open to creators of every background.
If any of this aligns with what you invest for, I'd be grateful for a conversation. The deck and the full institutional breakdown are linked below — read first, talk after, whatever order is most useful to you.
What I'm working on next
The 18-month plan
With support, the next quarter is the launch cohort — twenty-five hand-picked creators across faith, fitness, finance, music, art, and family content. Concierge onboarding from me personally. Their share kits already ship with auto-generated images and one-tap payment funnels.
By month six, my goal is to stand up the crypto-native DAF as the legal interim vehicle so the public /giving dashboard can show real on-chain disbursements (not yet incorporated as of today), complete KSF 501(c)(3) formation, and harden the mobile-web experience. (Native iOS/Android apps are deferred to ~2027 — DOLLA is a browser-first product and that's where the audience is anyway.)
By month twelve, I'd love to open the waitlist for DOLLA Commerce — the B2B vertical. Same self-custodial rails, this time for churches and small businesses that have been crushed by 3% card fees their entire operating lives. A second potential vertical, riding the rails the creator economy already paid to build.

The fastest way to get answers
I read every email myself. No assistant, no funnel, no calendar wall. If you got this far, you've earned the direct line — and I'm grateful you're here.
I try to respond within 24 hours, almost always sooner. Want a 15-min call? Just reply with "let's talk" and I'll send a calendar link the same day.
The closing thought
Why I'm asking for help
I've watched too many people I respect — musicians, teachers, writers, single moms with a candle business — pour years into building an audience and then watch a payment processor or an app store skim 30% off the top of every sale. They don't quit because they ran out of talent. They quit because the math stopped working.
DOLLA fixes the math. The platform makes money from optional features only. The majority of every dollar DOLLA earns is committed to charitable causes. The platform earns its place by being useful — not by taxing creators for the privilege of being seen.
DOLLA is a venture of Kingdom Portfolios LLC — a faith-led parent company I run. The product itself is built for everyone: creators of every background, faith, and walk of life. I'm in the process of forming Kingdom Seed Foundation — the 501(c)(3) that will be one of the partners in DOLLA's charitable distribution, alongside other vetted partner nonprofits. The mission isn't downstream of the business. It's the spine of it.
I'm writing about all of this, too. Two theological autobiographies are currently in progress — Beyond Profits and The Billion Dolla Brain — tracing the journey from young hustler to building businesses with purpose, not just profits, and pouring back into the kingdom while we still can. Dust to dust. The work is the legacy.
I'm one person, two weeks in, with a working product and a big ask. Whatever you can offer — a share, a $1 donation, a $1,000 donation, a check, a creator introduction, or just an honest reaction to what I've built — I'd be deeply grateful for it. None of it is owed to me. All of it would matter.
Thank you for getting to the end. Whatever you choose to do with what you read — even if it's nothing — I'm grateful you gave me a few minutes of your day.
— Evan
P.S.
If anyone came to mind while you were reading and you'd be willing to send them this link, that would mean the world to me. I don't have a marketing budget yet, so word of mouth from people like you is genuinely how DOLLA reaches the creators and supporters who'd care about it most. Thank you.
