1. About DOLLA

DOLLA is a social economy platform where following a creator costs $1. Creators keep 100% of follower payments. DOLLA charges 0% fees on creator transactions — always and forever. Revenue is generated solely through optional premium tiers (Verified and Sovereign).

2. Creator Agreements

By creating content on DOLLA, you agree to publish only original, wholesome content that aligns with our community standards. Creators receive payments directly to their Base wallet in USDC. DOLLA does not hold or custody creator funds at any point.

3. 0% Fee Policy

DOLLA takes zero percent of creator earnings from follower subscriptions. When a user pays $1/month or $1/week to follow a creator, the full amount settles to the creator's wallet. DOLLA absorbs all payment processing costs.

4. Content Guidelines

DOLLA is a clean, wholesome, family-friendly platform. All content must be PG-rated. Prohibited content includes: adult or suggestive material, graphic violence, hate speech, harassment, spam, misleading financial advice, and any content that violates applicable laws. Violations may result in immediate account suspension.

5. Payments & Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed in USDC on the Base blockchain or via Stripe (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay). You may cancel any subscription at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of the transaction.

6. Charitable Commitment

The majority of DOLLA's premium-tier revenue is committed to charitable causes — board-governed, distributed through partnered nonprofit vehicles. This is a platform-level commitment from DOLLA itself, not a per-transaction or per-subscriber pass-through. Users and creators may also opt in to Philanthropy Mode (default off) to direct a portion of their own income to mission-aligned causes; users retain full audit trail of their own giving.

7. Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute regarding payments, content, or account actions, please contact us at support@justadolla.com. We aim to resolve all disputes within 14 business days. If we cannot reach a resolution, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.

8. Account Termination

DOLLA reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Creators with active subscribers will receive a 30-day notice before termination, except in cases of severe violations. Outstanding creator earnings will be settled to the creator's wallet upon termination.
