1. Information We Collect

DOLLA collects the minimum information necessary to provide our service: your email address, display name, and payment information for creator subscriptions. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name and profile photo.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used solely to operate your DOLLA account, process payments to creators, and deliver the platform experience. We never sell your data.

3. Payment Data

All payments are processed via USDC on Coinbase Base or through Stripe. DOLLA never stores your card details. Creator payments settle directly to creator wallets — we never hold creator funds.

4. Charitable Commitment

The majority of DOLLA's premium-tier revenue is committed to charitable causes — board-governed, distributed through partnered nonprofit vehicles. Users and creators may also opt in to Philanthropy Mode (default off) to direct a portion of their own income to mission-aligned causes; users retain full audit trail of their own giving.

5. Cookies & Analytics

We use first-party cookies for authentication and session management. We use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights for aggregate, privacy-respecting performance data, and the Meta Pixel for advertising attribution. None of these tools have access to your DOLLA account contents.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing privacy@justadolla.com. Account deletion removes all associated personal information within 30 days, subject to legal record-retention obligations.
